About Business templates
A business server is public-facing and internal at the same time, and the two halves must never bleed into each other. These templates draw that line with categories and overwrites: a customer area with announcements, product updates, a general community chat, a feedback forum and a support intake channel; a partners or resellers category visible only to a partner role; and an internal area with team chat, project channels and a leadership room that customers cannot see exists. Variants cover an e-commerce brand with drops, reviews and order-help channels, an agency with a category per client, a SaaS company with release notes and a beta program, a consultancy with a clients' lounge and booking, and a local shop with events and loyalty channels. Roles map to relationships rather than ranks: customer, VIP or loyalty member, partner, staff, management. Tickets handles support intake with transcripts, Applications takes partner or beta sign-ups, Reminders keep internal deadlines, and Auto-Mod keeps the public channels on brand.

Frequently asked questions
How is the internal area kept private?
The staff and leadership categories are hidden from every customer-facing role in the template's overwrites. Only the staff roles can see they exist.
Should support happen in public channels or tickets?
Both, deliberately. General how-to questions go in the public help channel where the answer helps others; anything involving an order, account or payment goes through Tickets, which is why the template creates a ticket-panel channel.
