About Support & Help Desk templates

A support server is measured by how quickly a person with a problem finds the right door. These templates put that door first: a start-here channel, a searchable FAQ forum, a status or incidents channel that is read-only, and a ticket panel channel where the actual conversation begins in private. Product servers add release notes, a feature-requests forum and a beta-testers area; software and SaaS layouts add bug reports with tagged threads; service businesses add booking and billing channels. The staff side is hidden from users entirely: a triage channel, an escalation room, internal notes and a channel for the transcript log. Roles distinguish tiers of helpers, from community volunteers who can answer in public to staff who can see tickets. This category is built around Vetox Tickets, with per-option panels for different kinds of requests, Support Hours for expectations, transcripts for records, and a Suggestions channel for the requests that are ideas rather than problems.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a tickets bot for these templates?

The layout works with public help channels alone, but it is designed for Vetox Tickets: the ticket-panel channel, the transcript log and the staff triage room map onto that feature directly.

Should users be able to see other users' questions?

Public questions belong in the FAQ forum, where the answer helps everyone. Anything involving an account, payment or personal detail belongs in a ticket, which is why both exist.

How do I stop the support channels from turning into general chat?

The templates give general chat its own small category and keep the support channels topic-locked with slowmode. Keeping them separate is what keeps the help channels readable.
