Mobile War Clan
A mobile war clan server: attack orders, a donations feed, base reviews and a promotion ladder that is written down.
- 5 categories
- 16 channels
- 8 roles
- Small
Choose a server, review what will be created or reused, then confirm. Merge keeps what you have; replace rebuilds the server. Vetox takes a safety backup first either way.

Channels
CLAN GATE
- clan-rules
The clan rules: war attacks are mandatory once you sign up, donate what is asked, and no base coordinates outside the clan.
- promotion-ladder
What each rung takes. Recruit to Member: two wars with both attacks used. Member to Elder: a month of donations and clean wars. Elder to Co-Leader: by vote.
- war-announcements
War declared, war won, war lost, league week starting. Posted by the Leader and Co-Leaders only.
CLAN HALL
- clan-chat
The clan floor. Everything that is not an order or a request goes here.
- donations-feed15s slowmode
One request per message: what you need and how many. Reply or react when it is filled.
- base-reviews
Post your base layout as a thread. Elders review it and add the Reviewed tag when done.
- attack-replays
Three-star replays, near misses and the attacks worth learning from.
WAR ROOM
- war-attack-orders
Who hits which base and when. Posted by Elders and above; read by everyone; questions go to #clan-chat.
- war-signups
Opt in or out before the next search. Toggle War Attacker here so the roster sorts itself.
- war-results
The score, the stars and who missed an attack, posted after every war.
- league-planningHidden from @everyone
League roster, lineup order and the bonus medal decisions. Members and above only.
VOICE
- War Call
- Clan Lounge
LEADERSHIP
- leadership-chat
Elders and above. War strategy, problem members and the next league week.
- promotion-votes
One thread per candidate. Elders vote against the ladder in #promotion-ladder, not on how much they like someone.
- activity-trackerHidden from @everyone
Vetox posts joins, leaves and role changes here. Note who has gone quiet before the next kick round.

Overview
Made for a clan in a mobile war game - Clash of Clans, Boom Beach, Rise of Kingdoms or anything with clan wars and a donate button - where the whole clan fits on one screen and the leader still wants order. The gate is three read-only channels: #clan-rules, #promotion-ladder, which spells out what a Recruit needs to become a Member and a Member to become an Elder, and the #war-announcements feed. The Clan Hall is daily life: #clan-chat, a slowmoded #donations-feed where troop and resource requests are posted and marked filled, #base-reviews as a forum so every base layout keeps its own thread and a Reviewed tag, and #attack-replays. The War Room holds #war-attack-orders, which only Elders and above can post in so the target list is never buried, plus #war-signups, #war-results and #league-planning, which recruits cannot see until they are promoted. Leadership is hidden from everyone below Elder: #leadership-chat, #promotion-votes where elders vote on each rung of the ladder, and #activity-tracker for who has gone quiet. Two voice rooms, War Call and Clan Lounge, cover a live war and everything else.
When to use it
War day arrives and half the clan does not know which base they were assigned, because the orders were three hundred messages up in the only chat channel. This layout gives orders a read-only channel, gives donations their own feed so requests are not lost, and pins the promotion criteria where every recruit can read them, so the leader stops answering the same question in private messages.
What makes it different
- #war-attack-orders is read-only below Elder, so the target list is the last thing posted, not the last thing said.
- #donations-feed runs on slowmode with one request per message, so a filled request is easy to spot.
- #base-reviews is a forum with a Reviewed tag, so every layout keeps its feedback in one thread.
- #promotion-ladder states the Recruit, Member, Elder and Co-Leader criteria where everyone can read them.
- #league-planning is hidden from recruits, so the league roster is decided among proven members.
Recommended Vetox setup
Reminders
Schedule a Reminder in #war-attack-orders a few hours before war end so second attacks are not forgotten.
Auto Roles
Let Auto Roles move a Recruit to Member after the trial period written in #promotion-ladder, so the first rung of the ladder runs itself.
Self-Roles
Post a Self-Roles panel in #war-signups so members toggle War Attacker before each war and the roster sorts itself.
Logs
Send Logs to #activity-tracker so leadership sees who joined, left or went quiet without asking around.
Questions
Can recruits take part in wars?
Yes. Recruits see #war-attack-orders, #war-signups and #war-results from day one; only #league-planning and the Leadership category are hidden until a co-leader promotes them, because league rosters and promotion votes are for proven members.
Where do troop requests go?
In #donations-feed. One request per message, and the donor reacts or replies when it is filled. The channel has a short slowmode so nobody floods it during a war.
Who can post in #war-attack-orders?
Elders, Co-Leaders and the Leader. Everyone else reads it. Questions about an assignment go to #clan-chat or the War Call voice room so the order list stays clean.
Does this fit a clan with a second feeder clan?
Not on its own; this is one clan with one roster. If you run several teams or games under one banner, the Competitive Clan Divisions layout gives each one its own channels and lead.
Common mistakes
- Posting attack orders in the general chat, where they scroll away before the second attack window opens.
- Promoting on friendship instead of the written ladder, which is the fastest way to lose the elders who earned it.
Consider instead
- Competitive Clan Divisions Your clan fields separate rosters in more than one game.
- Small Squad, No Ranks You are fewer than twenty friends and nobody wants a promotion ladder.
