Choose a server, review what will be created or reused, then confirm. Merge keeps what you have; replace rebuilds the server. Vetox takes a safety backup first either way.

Overview
For a clan that fields rosters in more than one game and wants each one run by its own lead without the divisions drifting into separate servers. The Clan Gate is read-only: #clan-constitution, #division-directory listing every division and who leads it, #ranks-and-perks, the #clan-announcements feed and #join-the-clan. The Clan Hall is shared by everyone: #clan-lounge, a read-only #results-board where every division posts its match results, #clan-highlights, #clan-events and #member-introductions. Then one category per division - CS2, Siege, Rocket League and Overwatch as shipped, renamed to whatever you field - each with a division chat, a read-only roster posted by the Division Lead, a scrims channel, a VOD review channel and a voice room, visible only to that division's role and to the leads. The Recruitment Office publishes #open-positions per division, takes applications through #apply-to-a-division and keeps #trial-evaluations and #candidate-tracker hidden for the Recruitment Officer and the leads. Division Leads have a hidden category with #leads-roundtable, #roster-decisions, #division-reports and #clan-budget; Content and Socials gives the Content Lead a schedule, drafts and clip requests. Voice adds a Clan Lobby, a Clan Meeting stage and two Mixed Queue rooms for games across divisions.
When to use it
The clan started in one game and now has four rosters, and the server shows it: the CS2 players never see a Rocket League announcement, results are scattered across game chats, and nobody knows who is recruiting for what. This layout gives each division its own category and lead, pulls results and announcements up to the clan level, and puts recruiting in one office with a position list per division.
What makes it different
- Each division category is visible only to its division role and the leads, so four rosters share one server.
- #results-board is read-only and clan-wide, so every division's results are in one place.
- #open-positions lists what each division is recruiting, posted by the Recruitment Officer.
- Division Leads get #leads-roundtable, #roster-decisions and #division-reports hidden below their rank.
- Two Mixed Queue voice rooms exist for games across divisions, not just within one.
Recommended Vetox setup
Applications
Run #apply-to-a-division through Applications with a question for the division, so each answer reaches #trial-evaluations already sorted.
Logs
Send Logs to #clan-audit-log so role changes - who was moved into which division - are visible in the staff room without opening the audit log.
Notifications
Add a Twitch Notification for each Streamer into #stream-schedule so the Content Lead never posts a go-live by hand.
Reminders
Schedule a Reminder in each division's scrims channel before its practice block, so the lead does not chase the roster by DM.
Leveling
Give Veteran as a Leveling role reward at a level that takes a season of activity, so the hoisted tier is earned across divisions rather than handed out by a lead.
Questions
How do I add a fifth division?
Duplicate one division category with its five channels, create a role for it, and put that role in the category's overwrites in place of the old one. Add a line to #division-directory and an entry in #open-positions if it is recruiting.
Can a member be in two divisions?
Yes; give them both division roles and they see both categories. The Mixed Queue voice rooms and #clan-events exist for exactly the people who play across divisions.
Why is the Division Lead not an administrator?
A lead manages one roster: they post the roster, run scrims, review VODs and vote in #roster-decisions. Server-wide changes belong to the Director role. Keeping the lead below administrator means a lead leaving takes nothing with them.
Where do trials go?
A Trial gets the Trial role plus the division role for the roster they are trialling with, so they see that division only. The Recruitment Officer and that division's lead track them in #trial-evaluations, which trials cannot see.
Common mistakes
- Letting each division open its own server, which is how a clan becomes four clans with one logo.
- Posting division results only in the division chat, so the clan never sees what its other rosters are doing.
- Making the Division Lead role an administrator; a lead needs to run a division, not the whole server.
Consider instead
- Mobile War Clan You run one clan in one mobile game and do not need divisions.
- MilSim Unit You are a single unit in one game with a rank structure and scheduled operations.
