- 7 categories
- 34 channels

- Medium
Choose a server, review what will be created or reused, then confirm. Merge keeps what you have; replace rebuilds the server. Vetox takes a safety backup first either way.

Overview
A club for people who watch the current season week by week and want one place to keep up. The club picks its lineup before the season starts in #season-preview and #next-season-vote, then the curators post the final list in #this-season-lineup. Each show gets the weekday channel it airs on: #monday-pick through #sunday-pick are renamed to that season's titles and wiped clean when the next one begins, so the sidebar never carries last year's shows. Every episode gets a thread in #episode-threads, tagged by episode range and finale, and after the third episode the club votes in #drop-or-keep on whether a show stays in the lineup. Members who are up to date give themselves the Caught Up role, which unlocks #caught-up-chat and #finale-talk, so someone a week behind can still open the show's channel safely. Dub watchers, who run a week behind by nature, have #dub-corner with its own spoiler rule. Voice is split into Premiere Night, Weekly Watch and a Post-Episode Debrief room; there is no AFK channel because a quiet viewer must never be moved mid-episode. The curators keep a hidden room for lineup planning and poll drafts.
When to use it
A group of friends or a corner of a bigger community watches the same handful of seasonal shows and keeps losing track: who has seen this week's episode, which shows the group has quietly dropped, what airs tonight. This layout gives each show a fixed weekday channel, every episode a thread, and the group a formal drop-or-keep vote, so the season runs itself from premiere week to the finales.
What makes it different
- Weekday channels are renamed to this season's shows and reset every season.
- Every episode gets a thread in #episode-threads, tagged by episode range and finale.
- Drop-or-keep votes after episode three keep the lineup honest.
- The Caught Up role unlocks the latest-episode chat for members who are current.
- Dub watchers get #dub-corner with a one-week spoiler delay.

Reminders
Schedule a Reminder in #airing-calendar for each weekday pick's air time, mentioning Simulcast Ping so nobody misses the thread.
Self-Roles
Post a Self-Roles panel in #club-guide for Caught Up, Simulcast Ping and Dub Watcher so members sort themselves without a curator.
Suggestions
Run #next-season-vote through Suggestions so each nominated show collects votes and the curators pick from the top of the board.
Leveling
Reward Season Veteran from Leveling at a level that takes about a full season to reach, so the hoisted tier means someone stuck around.
Notifications
Point an RSS Notification at #season-preview from a seasonal chart feed so next season's list arrives before the club needs to vote.
Questions
Why name the channels after weekdays instead of the shows?
Seasonal anime airs on a fixed weekday, so a weekday channel is renamed to whatever airs that day this season and the name never goes stale. When the season ends, the curators rename the seven channels for the next lineup and the structure carries over.
What happens if the club picks more than seven shows?
Two shows can share a weekday channel with threads, or you can add an eighth channel named after the slot, for example #saturday-pick-2. Keep the count small on purpose: the drop-or-keep vote exists to trim the lineup, not to grow it.
How is the Caught Up role given?
Members take it themselves from the Self-Roles panel once they are current on every show in the lineup. It unlocks the CAUGHT UP category; a moderator removes it from anyone who repeatedly posts spoilers outside it.
Common mistakes
- Keeping last season's show channels around after the finale, so the sidebar fills with dead channels within a year.
- Letting members post latest-episode reactions in the weekday channels instead of #caught-up-chat, which spoils the members a day behind.
Consider instead
- Anime Watch Party You watch together in voice on a fixed night rather than each at your own pace during the week.
