Overview

A server for the overlap between anime fans and the games made for them. The Gacha Hall is the busiest corner: #gacha-general for the games themselves, #pull-results for the screenshots with a slowmode so one lucky night does not drown the channel, #banner-planning for deciding whether to save or spend, #team-building for compositions and #account-showcase for the roster. Anime games that are not gacha have their own channels, #fighting-games, #rhythm-games, #jrpg-corner, #open-world-anime-games and #visual-novels, so a rhythm player is not scrolling past raid talk. Co-op runs through #lfg-board, a forum tagged Co-op, Raid, Ranked and Casual, plus #raid-signups, #friend-codes and #guild-recruitment for in-game guilds. Guides live in #event-guides, which only Raid Leads and staff can post in so it stays a reference rather than a chat, with #guide-requests next to it and #patch-notes fed by RSS. The anime side keeps its own category with #anime-talk, #game-adaptations for shows that became games and games that became shows, and #crossover-events. Voice has two co-op rooms, a Pull Party room for pulling together on banner day and an Anime Night room.

When to use it

Your anime server keeps drifting into game talk, or your gaming server has half its members talking about last night's episode, and neither side has a home. The usual failure is one gaming channel where pull screenshots, raid recruitment and guide questions collide. This layout gives gacha its own hall, non-gacha anime games their own channels, LFG a tagged forum, and keeps a real anime category so the crossover stays a crossover.

What makes it different

#pull-results has a slowmode so banner day does not bury the rest of the Gacha Hall.
#event-guides is post-locked to Raid Leads and staff, so guides stay a reference.
#lfg-board is a forum tagged Co-op, Raid, Ranked and Casual instead of a scrolling chat.
Fighting, rhythm, JRPG, open-world and visual novel players each get a channel.
An anime-side category keeps show discussion alive next to the games.

Recommended Vetox setup

Self-Roles
Post a Self-Roles panel in #game-roles for Gacha Player, Fighting Games, Rhythm Games, JRPG Player and Co-op Ping so LFG pings reach the right players.
Temp Voice
Point Temp Voice at Co-op Room 1 so a third or fourth co-op group spawns its own room on raid night instead of squeezing into two.
Notifications
Feed #patch-notes with RSS Notifications from each game's official news page so patch and banner announcements arrive without a Raid Lead copying them.
Reminders
Schedule Reminders in #event-calendar for banner end dates and event deadlines, mentioning Co-op Ping for raid resets.
Games
Enable Games in #anime-talk and the Anime Night room so the community has something to play together between banners.

Questions

Is this template tied to one gacha game?

No. The Gacha Hall channels are named by activity, pulls, banners, teams and accounts, not by game, so several games share them with threads. If one game dominates, give it a channel under ANIME GAMES and keep the hall for the rest.

What can a Raid Lead do?

Raid Leads can post in #event-guides and #event-calendar, manage threads on #lfg-board, move members between the co-op voice rooms and see the hidden #raid-lead-room. They are not moderators; kicks, bans and timeouts stay with the Moderator role.

Why keep a full anime category in a gaming server?

Because the crossover is the point. Members join for the games and stay for the shows, or the other way round, and #game-adaptations and #crossover-events are where the two sides actually meet.

Common mistakes

Mixing pull screenshots into the general gacha channel, where a lucky night pushes every real question off the screen.
Letting anyone post in the guides channel, which turns a reference into a chat within a week.
