VTuber Community
A VTuber's server: live alerts, a fan art forum, a lore library, rigging chat, a members area and watch-along voice.
- 8 categories
- 33 channels
- 11 roles
- Medium
Choose a server, review what will be created or reused, then confirm. Merge keeps what you have; replace rebuilds the server. Vetox takes a safety backup first either way.

Overview
A VTuber community has three things a normal stream server does not: a character with lore, an art scene, and a technical side. This layout gives each its own category. The Lore category is read-only and holds #lore and #origin-story as written by the talent, with #lore-theories open for fans to argue about what it all means. Fan Creations is built around #fan-art, a forum with one thread per piece and tags for illustrations, chibis, animations, memes and works in progress, with #fan-art-chat, #memes, #clips and #edits-and-animations beside it. Model and Tech is for the people who make and use the tools: #model-and-rigging, #tracking-help, #vtuber-software and #debut-help for fans preparing their own debut. #live-alerts, #schedule and the ping roles live in the Entrance; #stream-chat takes overflow and #other-vtubers is for talking about everyone else without derailing general. Members is hidden and holds a lounge, a read-only channel the talent posts in, member polls and a voice room. Voice includes a Watch-Along room and a Karaoke Night room. The Mod Room has a #privacy-reports channel, because protecting the person behind the model is a moderation job in this kind of community.
When to use it
Your fans draw you, write theories about your lore and ask how your rig works, and all three conversations are happening on top of each other in one chat. This layout splits them: a read-only lore library with a theories channel beside it, a fan art forum where every piece keeps its thread, a technical category that also welcomes aspiring VTubers, and a hidden members area. The mod room includes a channel for privacy reports, so a fan who notices someone probing at the real person behind the model knows exactly where to say so.
What makes it different
- #fan-art is a forum with a thread per piece and tags for illustration, chibi, animation, meme and WIP.
- The Lore category is read-only for the talent's canon, with #lore-theories open beside it.
- Model and Tech gives rigging, tracking and software questions a home and welcomes debut prep.
- #privacy-reports in the Mod Room is where fans flag attempts to identify the person behind the model.
- Members is hidden, with a channel only the talent posts in and its own voice room.
Recommended Vetox setup
Notifications
Twitch or Kick Notifications into #live-alerts with the Live Ping role, plus a YouTube Notification if streams or clips go there too.
Self-Roles
A Self-Roles panel in #ping-roles for Live Ping and Event Ping, so debuts, karaoke nights and collabs can be announced to the people who asked.
Starboard
A Starboard fed from #fan-art-chat and #memes, so the pieces the community loves most are collected in one place the talent can browse.
Auto-Mod
Auto-Mod with a rule for the talent's real name and other identifying terms, so a slip in #general is removed before it spreads.
Questions
Can fans post in the Lore category?
In #lore-theories, yes. #lore and #origin-story are read-only so the canon stays exactly as the talent wrote it, and theories, headcanons and questions go in the channel beside them.
How do members get into the hidden Members category?
Give them the Member role. Connect your YouTube memberships or Twitch subscriptions through Discord's own integration so the role is granted automatically, or have a moderator assign it. Model Artist is a separate role for the people who made your model and rig.
What goes in #privacy-reports?
Anything that looks like an attempt to identify or locate the person behind the model, in this server or elsewhere. It is hidden from everyone but moderators, so a fan can report it without giving the attempt more attention.
Common mistakes
- Letting fan art scroll through a text channel, where a piece is gone in a day and the artist never sees the reactions.
- Treating privacy reports as ordinary chat reports, so a serious attempt to identify the talent is handled as spam.
