- Large
Choose a server, review what will be created or reused, then confirm. Merge keeps what you have; replace rebuilds the server. Vetox takes a safety backup first either way.

Overview
A stream team is several channels with one audience, and the server has to serve both. Each member gets a category of their own: a read-only live channel Vetox fills from their Twitch or Kick, a chat and a clips channel, with an opt-in ping role per streamer so a viewer who follows one member is not pinged for four. The Team Hub holds #team-schedule with everyone's week on one grid, #meet-the-team and the team-wide announcements. Raid Trains get their own category: #raid-train-board is where the manager posts the order of the night, #raid-train-signups is where members claim a slot, #raid-calls is the live channel for "raiding you in two minutes" and #raid-train-chat is for the audience riding along. The Shared Community is the part viewers of any member share: general, memes, fan art, game chat, introductions and community events. Team Subs is hidden and open to anyone subscribed to any member. The Team Room is for the streamers, the manager and the editors, with a collab planner, an editing queue and an asset share; the Business Room, visible only to the lead and the manager, holds the sponsor inbox, brand deals and the revenue split. The Mod Team has incident reports and Vetox logs.
When to use it
Four streamers formed a team, each has their own Discord, and nobody knows which one to join. This layout merges them: every member keeps a category that is unmistakably theirs, the team schedule lives on one grid, raid trains are planned in a board instead of a group chat, and the money conversations happen in a room the rest of the team cannot read. One set of moderators covers all four chats, one Subs category rewards anyone subscribed to any member.
What makes it different
- Every streamer gets a category with their own live feed, chat and clips, plus a per-streamer ping role.
- Raid trains have a board, signups and a live calls channel instead of a group chat.
- #team-schedule puts every member's week on one grid.
- The Business Room is visible to the lead and the manager only, not to the streamers or the mods.
- Editors share the Team Room with an editing queue and an asset share.
Recommended Vetox setup
Notifications
One Twitch or Kick Notification per member, each into that member's live channel and mentioning that member's ping role.
Self-Roles
A Self-Roles panel in #ping-roles with Live Ping, the four per-streamer pings, Raid Train Ping and Event Ping.
Reminders
A Reminder in #raid-train-board an hour before each train, so the members who signed up in #raid-train-signups are online for their slot.
Logs
Logs into #mod-logs so one mod team can review what happened across four streamer chats without opening each one.
Questions
We have six members, not four. What do I add?
Duplicate one streamer category with its three channels and add a ping role for the new member. The pattern is identical for every member, so the sixth looks exactly like the first.
Who can see the Business Room?
Team Lead and Team Manager only. Streamers, editors and moderators cannot see it, which is the point: sponsor terms and the revenue split are the lead's conversation until they are agreed.
How do raid trains work in this layout?
The manager posts the order for the night in #raid-train-board, members claim their slot in #raid-train-signups, and during the train each streamer posts in #raid-calls when they are about to raid the next one. Viewers follow along in #raid-train-chat with the Raid Train Ping.
Common mistakes
- Using one live-alerts channel for the whole team, which pings every viewer for every member and trains them to mute it.
- Planning raid trains in the team chat, where the order of the night is lost by the time the first stream ends.
Consider instead
- Co-Stream Duo There are two of you and no manager, editors or business side to keep apart.
