Server structure

Overview

Made for producers who want notes on their tracks from people who actually make music, not a scroll of links nobody opens. The centre of the server is #track-feedback, a forum where every track is its own thread and the tag says what the producer wants: mix notes, a master check, arrangement help, a first draft or a finished piece. #snippet-checks is for the fifteen-second question (does this kick sit right) and #mix-clinic is where the Mix Engineer role answers the deeper ones. Collaboration has its own category: #collab-board is a forum with tags for what a thread needs (vocals, a mix, a beat, a remix), #stems-exchange is where files change hands and #collab-showcase is for the result. Resources are split by kind - #sample-packs, #presets-and-templates, #tutorials-library, #daw-talk, #plugin-talk and #gear-and-hardware - so a search finds the right thing. #release-radar is the one place members post finished releases, and only Verified Producers can post there, which keeps it a feed and not a promo wall. The Listening Party stage is where the community plays members' tracks in front of an audience, with reactions in #listening-chat so the playback is never talked over.

When to use it

You run a producer group chat where tracks get a thumbs-up and nothing else, and the one person who gives real mix notes is drowned out by link drops. This layout turns feedback into threads with an intent tag, gives collab requests a board that stays searchable, separates the sample and preset library from chat, and adds a stage for listening parties so the best tracks get heard together rather than skimmed alone.

  Post a Self-Roles panel in #pick-your-roles for Beatmaker, Sound Designer, Mix Engineer and Vocalist so collab requests can mention the right skill.

• Auto Roles

  Give Producer to everyone on join with Auto Roles; it is the base role the feedback and collab categories are written for.

• Tickets

  Put a ticket panel in #read-first for verification requests, so a producer with released music gets Verified Producer and can post in #release-radar.

• Reminders

  Schedule a Reminder in #listening-chat each week with the next Listening Party time and the thread where tracks are submitted.

• Starboard

  Point Starboard at #collab-showcase so finished collaborations with the most reactions get a second showing.
