Ketentuan Layanan

Dengan menggunakan Bot Discord Vetox dan layanan terkait ("Layanan"), Anda setuju untuk terikat oleh Ketentuan Layanan ini ("Ketentuan"). Jika Anda tidak menyetujui Ketentuan ini, Anda tidak boleh menggunakan Layanan. Anda harus memenuhi persyaratan usia minimum yang ditetapkan oleh Ketentuan Layanan Discord untuk menggunakan Layanan kami. Dengan menggunakan Layanan, Anda menyatakan bahwa Anda memenuhi persyaratan usia ini.

Vetox is a Discord bot platform that provides server management alat and services, including:

• Server moderation and management alat (auto-moderation, logging, peringatan)
• Automated role management, selamat datang systems, and self-assignable role
• Kustom embed pesan, auto-responders, and notifikasi systems
• Server analytics, XP/sistem level systems, and engagement fitur
• Premium fitur for enhanced functionality and customization

Dengan menggunakan Layanan, Anda setuju untuk:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at semua times
• Maintain the security of your Discord akun and apapun dashboard sessions

• Be responsible for semua aktivitas that occurs under your akun or in server you manage
• Not share your dashboard akses or allow unauthorized pengguna to konfigurasi the bot on your behalf
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of apapun unauthorized use of your akun or security breach

Vetox offers premium langganan plans with enhanced fitur:

• Semua payments are diproses through Paddle, our authorized pembayaran processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service
• Langganan automatically perpanjang at the end of each tagihan period (monthly or yearly) unless dibatalkan before the renewal date
• Harga are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes as determined by Paddle
• You may cancel your langganan at apapun time through the dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the saat ini tagihan period, and you retain akses until then
• If a pembayaran fails, a 3-hari grace period is provided during which premium fitur remain aktif while pembayaran is retried

Anda tidak boleh menggunakan Layanan untuk:

• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other pengguna
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful konten
• Engage in apapun illegal aktivitas or violate apapun applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate other pengguna, Vetox staff, or apapun other person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized akses to our systems, other pengguna' data, or internal infrastructure
• Mengambil, menambang data, atau mengekstrak data secara otomatis dari Layanan
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense akses to the Service without otorisasi
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent apapun security, rasio-limiting, or akses control measures

Ketentuan ini mengatur akses ke Vito API, yang memungkinkan aplikasi pihak ketiga yang disetujui untuk membaca dan, dengan konfirmasi PIN pengguna akhir, memotong atau mentransfer mata uang virtual Vito milik pengguna. Dengan meminta atau menggunakan akses API, Anda menyetujui ketentuan di bawah ini selain seluruh Ketentuan Layanan ini.

• Akses Vito API memerlukan Keanggotaan Vetox berbayar yang aktif tingkat Silver atau lebih tinggi.
• Akses Anda otomatis ditangguhkan jika Keanggotaan Anda berakhir melewati masa tenggangnya, dan dipulihkan saat Anda memperbaruinya.
• Akses memerlukan pengajuan aplikasi pengembang yang dapat disetujui atau ditolak oleh Vetox atas kebijakannya sendiri.

• Anda bertanggung jawab menangani webhook dengan benar, termasuk memverifikasi tanda tangan HMAC-nya dan menolak permintaan apa pun yang gagal verifikasi.
• Vetox dapat menangguhkan atau menghentikan akses Anda dan mencabut kunci API Anda kapan saja atas kebijakannya, termasuk karena Keanggotaan yang berakhir atau pelanggaran apa pun terhadap ketentuan ini.

The Service, including its original konten, fitur, functionality, branding, logos, and design, is owned by Vetox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not salin, ubah, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

By configuring the bot, creating embeds, auto-responders, selamat datang pesan, or other konten through the Service ("Pengguna Konten"), you grant Vetox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-gratis license to use, display, and proses such konten solely for the purpose of providing the Service. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS TERSEDIA" basis without warranties of apapun tipe, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-gratis, secure, or tersedia at apapun particular time. We do not guarantee that results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable. We are not responsible for apapun error, bugs, or issues arising from our platform or from third-party services integrated with or used alongside the Service.

To the maksimum extent permitted by applicable law, Vetox shall not be liable for apapun indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for apapun claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total jumlah you have dibayar to us in the twelve (12) bulan preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for EU consumers where mandatory consumer protection rights apply.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vetox, its operators, and affiliates from and against apapun claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of apapun third-party rights; or (d) Pengguna Konten you create or konfigurasi through the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to contact each other through our Discord support server and work in good faith toward a resolution within 30 hari.
