서비스 약관

Vetox Discord 봇 및 관련 서비스("서비스")를 사용함으로써 귀하는 본 서비스 약관("약관")의 구속을 받는 데 동의합니다. 본 약관에 동의하지 않는 경우 서비스를 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 서비스를 이용하려면 Discord 서비스 약관이 정한 최소 연령 요건을 충족해야 합니다. 서비스를 사용함으로써 귀하는 이 연령 요건을 충족한다고 진술합니다.

Vetox is a Discord bot platform that provides 서버 management 도구 and services, including:

• 서버 moderation and management 도구 (auto-moderation, logging, warnings)
• Automated 역할 management, 환영합니다 systems, and self-assignable 역할
• 사용자 정의 임베드 메시지, auto-responders, and 알림 systems
• 서버 analytics, XP/레벨 시스템 systems, and engagement 기능
• 프리미엄 기능 for enhanced functionality and customization

서비스를 사용함으로써 다음에 동의합니다:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at 전체 times
• Maintain the security of your Discord 계정 and 모든 대시보드 sessions

• Be responsible for 전체 activity that occurs under your 계정 or in 서버 you manage
• Not share your 대시보드 접근 or allow unauthorized 사용자 to 구성 the bot on your behalf
• Notify us promptly if you become aware of 모든 unauthorized use of your 계정 or security breach

Vetox offers 프리미엄 구독 plans with enhanced 기능:

• 전체 payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized 결제 processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service
• Subscriptions automatically 갱신 at the end of each 결제 period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date

• You may cancel your 구독 at 모든 time through the 대시보드. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 현재 결제 period, and you retain 접근 until then

• Spam, harass, threaten, or abuse other 사용자
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful 내용
• Engage in 모든 illegal activity or violate 모든 applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate other 사용자, Vetox staff, or 모든 other person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized 접근 to our systems, other 사용자' data, or internal infrastructure
• 서비스에서 데이터를 스크래핑, 데이터 마이닝 또는 자동으로 추출
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense 접근 to the Service without authorization
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent 모든 security, rate-limiting, or 접근 control measures

본 약관은 Vito API에 대한 접근을 규율합니다. Vito API는 승인된 서드파티 애플리케이션이 사용자의 Vito 가상 화폐를 읽고, 최종 사용자의 PIN 확인을 거쳐 차감하거나 전송할 수 있도록 합니다. API 접근을 요청하거나 사용함으로써, 귀하는 본 서비스 약관의 나머지 부분과 더불어 아래 약관에 동의하게 됩니다.

• Vito API 접근에는 Silver 등급 이상의 활성 유료 Vetox 멤버십이 필요합니다.
• 멤버십이 유예 기간을 지나 만료되면 접근이 자동으로 정지되며, 갱신 시 복원됩니다.
• 접근하려면 개발자 신청서를 제출해야 하며, Vetox는 단독 재량으로 이를 승인하거나 거부할 수 있습니다.
• 귀하의 API 키는 비밀 자격 증명이며, 이를 안전하게 보관하고 기밀을 유지할 책임은 전적으로 귀하에게 있습니다.
• 귀하는 공개된 속도 제한 및 공정 사용 한도 내에 머물러야 하며, 이를 우회하려고 시도해서는 안 됩니다.
• 모든 잔액 차감 또는 전송에는 최종 사용자의 명시적인 PIN 확인이 필요하며, 귀하는 그 확인을 우회, 위조, 캐시하거나 다른 방식으로 회피해서는 절대 안 됩니다.
• 귀하는 API를 악용하거나, 금지된 자동화를 실행하거나, 데이터를 스크래핑하거나, API 접근을 재판매 또는 재라이선스해서는 안 됩니다.
• 귀하는 본 약관, 기타 모든 Vetox 정책, Discord의 개발자 약관 및 정책, 그리고 모든 관련 법률을 준수해야 합니다.
• 귀하는 API를 역설계하거나 그 보안 통제 중 어느 것이든 우회, 탐지 또는 무력화하려고 시도해서는 안 됩니다.
• 귀하는 HMAC 서명을 검증하고 검증에 실패한 요청을 거부하는 것을 포함하여, 웹훅을 올바르게 처리할 책임이 있습니다.
• Vetox는 멤버십 만료 또는 본 약관 위반을 포함하여, 재량에 따라 언제든지 귀하의 접근을 정지 또는 종료하고 API 키를 취소할 수 있습니다.

The Service, including its original 내용, 기능, functionality, branding, logos, and design, is owned by Vetox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not 복사, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

By configuring the bot, creating embeds, auto-responders, 환영합니다 메시지, or other 내용 through the Service ("사용자 내용"), you grant Vetox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-무료 license to use, display, and 처리 such 내용 solely for the purpose of providing the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vetox shall not be liable for 모든 indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Upon termination, your 오른쪽 to use the Service ceases immediately. 서버 configuration data may be deleted. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a 환불 — refer to our 환불 Policy for applicable terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at 모든 time by removing the bot from your 서버.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you agree that 전체 disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through mutual understanding and amicable negotiation between the parties. You agree not to initiate 모든 lawsuit, legal proceeding, or court 작업 against us in 모든 jurisdiction.
