Vetox is a Discord bot platform that provides सर्वर management उपकरण and services, including:

• सर्वर moderation and management उपकरण (auto-moderation, logging, warnings)

सेवा का उपयोग करके, आप इसके लिए सहमत हैं:

• Comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at सभी times
• Maintain the security of your Discord खाता and any डैशबोर्ड sessions

• Be responsible for सभी activity that occurs under your खाता or in सर्वर you manage

• Notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your खाता or security breach

Vetox offers प्रीमियम सदस्यता plans with enhanced विशेषताएँ:

• सभी payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized भुगतान processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service
• Subscriptions automatically नवीनीकृत करें at the end of each बिलिंग period (monthly or yearly) unless cancelled before the renewal date

The Service, including its original सामग्री, विशेषताएँ, functionality, branding, logos, and design, is owned by Vetox and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not कॉपी, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

By configuring the bot, creating embeds, auto-responders, स्वागत है संदेश, or other सामग्री through the Service ("उपयोगकर्ता सामग्री"), you grant Vetox a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-मुफ्त license to use, display, and प्रक्रिया such सामग्री solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We are not responsible for any errors, bugs, or issues arising from our platform or from third-party services integrated with or used alongside the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vetox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising from or related to your use of the Service. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law, including for EU consumers where mandatory consumer protection rights apply.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vetox, its operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) उपयोगकर्ता सामग्री you create or कॉन्फ़िगर through the Service.

We reserve the दाएं to control सभी aspects of the Service, including the ability to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, your दाएं to use the Service ceases immediately. सर्वर configuration data may be deleted. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a वापसी — refer to our वापसी Policy for applicable terms. You may discontinue use of the Service at any time by removing the bot from your सर्वर.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to conflict of law principles. By using the Service, you agree that सभी disputes, claims, or disagreements arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through mutual understanding and amicable negotiation between the parties. You agree not to initiate any lawsuit, legal proceeding, or court कार्य against us in any jurisdiction. In the इवेंट of a dispute, both parties agree to contact each other through our Discord support सर्वर and work in good faith toward a resolution within 30 दिन.
