We want you to be satisfied with Vetox's प्रीमियम services. This वापसी Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be provided for प्रीमियम subscriptions खरीदा गया through our Service. सभी payments are processed by Paddle, our authorized भुगतान processor, and refunds are subject to both this policy and Paddle's प्रसंस्करण terms.

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances within 3 दिन of खरीद (or 14 दिन for EU residents):

• Technical issues preventing you from using the प्रीमियम विशेषताएँ for an extended period that we are unable to resolve
• बिलिंग errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the दाएं to withdraw from your खरीद within 14 दिन of the लेनदेन date without providing any कारण, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Please note that if you have fully utilized the प्रीमियम services during the withdrawal period and explicitly consented to immediate service delivery, the दाएं of withdrawal may be limited as permitted by applicable law.

To request a वापसी, please contact us through our Discord support सर्वर at https://discord.gg/vetox with the following information:

• Your Paddle लेनदेन ID or रसीद number

Our support team will review your request and respond within 5 business दिन.

You may cancel your सदस्यता at any time through the Vetox डैशबोर्ड:

• Cancellation stops future बिलिंग — no further charges will be made
• You retain प्रीमियम पहुंच until the end of your वर्तमान बिलिंग period
• Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a वापसी of the वर्तमान period
• You may resubscribe at any time to regain प्रीमियम विशेषताएँ

स्वीकृत refunds are processed through Paddle. Typical प्रसंस्करण times:

• वापसी request review: up to 5 business दिन
• वापसी प्रसंस्करण by Paddle: 5–10 business दिन after approval
• Your bank or भुगतान provider may take additional time to reflect the वापसी in your खाता

प्रसंस्करण times may be longer during holidays or peak periods.

We strongly encourage you to contact us through our Discord support सर्वर before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or भुगतान provider. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly.

Initiating an unauthorized or fraudulent chargeback may result in: permanent suspension of your खाता, loss of पहुंच to सभी Vetox services, and being prohibited from future purchases. Chargebacks that are found to be fraudulent will be contested through Paddle.

In cases of extended service outages or partial विशेषता unavailability, we may offer partial refunds or service credits at our discretion.
