COMMAND CENTER is the read-only spine: #briefings for what is happening this week, #countdowns where the host keeps one message per exam with the days left, #exam-timetables where members post their own schedules so a study partner is easy to find, and #pick-your-subjects for the self-assigned roles. The SUBJECT TRENCHES are one channel each for #maths, #physics, #chemistry, #biology, #economics and #computer-science, so a question about integration does not land between two chemistry threads. #past-papers is a forum tagged by subject and by whether a mark scheme is attached, with #mark-schemes beside it for the official answers. HELP DESK sets the tone: #panic-free-help has a slowmode and a rule that nobody says you should have started earlier, #quick-check is for is-this-right one-liners, and #concept-explanations is where a helper writes the longer answer. The REVISION ROOMS are split by noise: Silent Revision 1 and 2 deny speaking, Study Group Voice and Cram Session allow it, and the Night Owl Room is the one that is always expected to have someone in it at 3am. Questions

What happens to the server after exams?

Most hosts archive the subject channels and keep #after-exam-debrief and #results-day open until results are out, then reuse the whole layout next season by clearing #countdowns and #exam-timetables.

Who answers in #panic-free-help?

Helpers and anyone who knows. The rule is that the first reply is an answer or a pointer, never a comment on when the person should have started. Members who keep to that during a season are the ones the host promotes to Helper.

Why is there a Night Owl Room and a Cram Session?

Cram Session is for a group going through a topic together the day before a paper. The Night Owl Room is the always-open room for whoever is up late, so nobody sits alone in a silent room at 3am unless they want to.

Common mistakes

Posting countdowns in the chat, where the number is wrong within a day and unfindable within two.
Having one voice room for everything, so the person who wants silence and the person who wants to quiz each other keep leaving.
