Best ProBot Alternatives in 2026: Readable Pricing and Anti-Raid Without the Top Tier

ProBot has one of the broadest free tiers on Discord. The friction is at the other end: Anti-Raid sits on the top premium tier, and the pricing page is hard to read before you buy.

ProBot is a strong all-in-one bot and the closest structural competitor to Vetox in this research. Servers move for two specific reasons: where the security features sit, and how hard it is to find out what the bot costs.

Key takeaways

  • Vetox is the strongest ProBot alternative: a lower entry price, Anti-Raid stated once rather than differently on two pages, 21 languages, and applications, backup and AI moderation on top.
  • Price: ProBot Tier 1 is $5/month and Tier 2 is $10/month, each about a third less billed yearly. Vetox starts at $4.99/month and publishes all nine of its prices.
  • Anti-raid gating: ProBot’s own pages disagree on whether Anti-Raid needs Tier 2 or is included from Tier 1. Vetox includes it from Basic+, stated once.
  • ProBot’s free tier is genuinely broad: welcome, levels, logs, automod, tickets, starboard, self-roles, temp channels, auto-responder and embeds.
  • Capabilities verified 2026-08-24 against ProBot’s own documentation.

Why Servers Look Past ProBot

The first reason is security gating. ProBot documents 15 modules, and its module index marks exactly one of them as paid: Anti-Raid, "only available for Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscribers". Everything else — welcome, levels, logs, automod, tickets, starboard, self-assignable roles, temp channels, colors, auto-responder, embeds — is free. That is a broad free split, with one catch: raid defence is the single most common reason a growing server upgrades, and on ProBot it sits on Premium Tier 2, the top tier, alongside custom bot branding.

The second is consistency. ProBot does publish its prices: Tier 1 at $5/month, Tier 2 at $10/month, each about a third less billed yearly, but its own pages disagree on what they unlock. The Premium page places Anti-Raid on Tier 2; the Anti-Raid module page says it is available to Tier 1 and Tier 2 subscribers. Its docs advertise a 50% yearly discount where the checkout applies 33%. None of this is fatal, but the answer to what $5 buys you depends on which page you happen to read.

Vetox vs. ProBot in Detail

These two bots are the most similar in ambition: both aim to run a whole server from one dashboard, and both have broad free tiers. The differences are in transparency, security gating, localization and the categories at the edges.

Verdict

The two closest bots in ambition. Vetox publishes every price, includes Anti-Raid from Basic+ rather than only on the top tier, and adds applications, backup, AI moderation and dashboard access control.

Vetox’s administration layer is the clearest structural gap. Access Control restricts which roles can open which dashboard sections, and Dashboard Watcher records who changed which setting. On a server with several administrators, that turns configuration from something anyone can silently alter into something auditable.

The member-facing side is the other. Vetox gives every member a personal dashboard: profile, rank and name customization, badges, daily rewards, plus the Vito currency with transactions, payment requests, an API and cross-server leaderboards. ProBot configures servers; it does not offer members an account-level surface.

The Other ProBot Alternatives

Dyno is the closest alternative in shape, with published pricing (Standard $4.99, Premium $6.99, Custom $11.99 per month) and a comparable free module set, though its free caps are small and stream alerts need the middle tier. See Dyno Alternatives. Carl-bot is narrower but covers multiple servers on one subscription. MEE6 is a step down on free-tier scope, with moderation, leveling and welcome all behind Premium.
